This is ane of those recipes I’ve seen a meg times on Pinterest, too decided to lastly try. It goes past times lots of stupid names (ugh) only I intend maple mustard chicken is a pretty apt description. (I’m non a huge fan of “OMG” or “man-pleasing” inward the advert of whatever of my foods…) This chicken is delicious too juicy, amongst a corking sugariness too tangy flavor. And it’s too then slowly to make, using ingredients I pretty much e’er convey on hand. My whole solid unit of measurement loved it, too fifty-fifty my picky Abby cleaned her plate (and licked it, for adept measure). It was delicious baked inward the oven, too I intend it would live actually corking on the grill every bit well. H5N1 perfect dinner for a lazy night, or whatever night!
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cutting into strips (I used 3 large breasts)
tabular array salt too pepper
1/2 loving cup dijon mustard (I’ve used yellowish mustard too, too it’s good!)
1/4 loving cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Preheat oven to 400. Spray a nine x nine baking dish amongst cooking spray.
- Arrange chicken breasts inward dish too sprinkle amongst tabular array salt too pepper.
- In a modest bowl or mensuration cup, whisk together mustard, maple syrup, too rice vinegar.
- Pour mixture over the chicken, too plow chicken pieces to coat.
- Bake 25 – xxx minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve amongst a lilliputian extra sauce spooned over the chicken.
