After a morn similar that, I needed something awesome for lunch, together with I decided these chicken salad puffs were the agency to go. 1/2 loving cup craisins
1/2 loving cup mayo (I used the lite mayo amongst olive oil)

Mix all ingredients together until good blended. To serve, piece each puff inwards one-half horizontally together with scoop a picayune chicken salad (about 1/4 cup) into the bottom one-half of the puff. Top amongst the other one-half together with enjoy!
